This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information when you interact with our services. It also explains your rights regarding your data and the legal protections in place to ensure your privacy.
We collect and process Personal Data to operate, enhance, and deliver our services effectively and securely. By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge and consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy has been thoughtfully developed to ensure transparency and compliance with applicable data protection laws.

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, transfer, and safeguard your personal data when you (a) visit our website, (b) engage with our property-brokerage, management, advisory, or rental services, or (c) otherwise interact with us (collectively, the “Service”). By using our Service, you acknowledge that you accept the practices described in this policy and that we will process your personal information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree to this policy, please do not access or use the Service.

2. Definitions

  • Usage Data means data collected automatically when you use our Service, such as your device’s IP address, browser type, pages you visit, and other diagnostic and analytics data.
  • Cookies are small text files placed on your computer or mobile device by a website when you browse, used to remember your preferences and improve your user experience.

  • Data Processor means any natural or legal person who processes Personal Data on behalf of the Data Controller.
  • Processing means any operation or set of operations performed on personal data or on sets of personal data, such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction.

3. Scope & Legal Framework

This Privacy Policy applies to Personal Data processed by us via our website and in connection with our property-related services.

We process Personal Data in compliance with the UAE federal law, including the PDPL (Federal Decree-Law 45/2021), which came into effect on 2 January 2022. The PDPL applies to organizations established in the UAE or outside the UAE that process data of UAE residents.

We recognize the rights of data subjects as required by applicable law: right of access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, portability, and objection in certain cases.

c) Cookies & tracking technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to enable certain features of the Service, to remember your settings and preferences, to provide analytics, to help us improve our Service, and for marketing and advertising purposes. Detailed information about our use of cookies and how you can manage them is set out in our Cookies Policy or in the “Cookies” section below.

5. How We Use Your Information

  • To register and manage your account, profile, and preferences (if you have an account with us).
  • To process your property-related transactions, payments, refunds, and deposits; send you confirmations, invoices, receipts, and related notifications.
  • To communicate with you: respond to your inquiries, requests, and complaints, and provide customer support.
  • To provide you with information about our property services, listings, events, newsletters, or offers, where you have given consent for marketing communication or where such communication is permitted. You may unsubscribe or opt out at any time.

  • To comply with legal obligations, regulatory requirements, court orders, or governmental requests.
  • To protect our rights, property, or safety, and the rights, property, or safety of third parties.

6. Legal Basis for Processing

In jurisdictions where required (including under the PDPL), we rely on one or more of the following lawful bases when processing your Personal Data:

  • Your consent, where you have freely given affirmative permission for us to process your Personal Data for specified purposes.
  • The performance of a contract with you (for example: you engage our brokerage services, we process your data to fulfill that contract).
  • Compliance with a legal obligation to which we are subject.
  • Our legitimate interests, except where overridden by your rights — for example, maintaining security, fraud prevention, analytics, and business optimization. We will inform you at or before the point of collection which lawful basis applies to you.

7. How We Share Your Information

  • With our affiliates or subsidiary companies for the purpose of enabling us to provide the Service you requested or as necessary to fulfil our business operations.
  • With our trusted third-party service providers, who help us operate our business (for example, payment processors, IT hosting providers, data analytics services, marketing/email platforms, property-listing platforms). We ensure such processors act under contract to protect your Personal Data and adhere to required standards.
  • With other parties, when required for the performance of a contract with you (e.g., property manager, landlord, tenant, legal counsel) or to facilitate property-transaction logistics.
  • With authorities or regulators, courts or law-enforcement bodies when required by law or in response to a valid request.
  • In connection with a business transaction, such as a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or reorganisation — in which case your Personal Data may be transferred to the acquiring entity, subject to appropriate safeguards.
  • With your consent, or where otherwise permitted and disclosed at the time of collection.

8. Data Retention

We will retain your Personal Data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, or as required by law, regulatory obligations, contractual requirements, or internal retention policies. Once retention is no longer required, we will securely delete or anonymise your Personal Data. Usage Data may be retained longer for analytics or business-intelligence purposes, but will be aggregated or pseudonymized where possible.

9. Security of Your Data

We recognize the importance of safeguarding your Personal Data. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect Personal Data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction (for example, encryption, access controls, secure servers, audit logs). However, note that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, absolute security cannot be guaranteed. We maintain and regularly review our security practices and incident-response procedures, including data-breach management.

10. Data Subject Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have certain rights in relation to your Personal Data. Under the PDPL and best-practice frameworks, these may include:

  • The right to access the Personal Data we hold about you, and obtain a copy of that Data.
  • The right to correct or update inaccurate or incomplete Personal Data.
  • The right to erase your Personal Data (“right to be forgotten”) in certain circumstances.
  • The right to restrict processing of your Personal Data — for example, while a dispute is resolved.
  • The right to data portability — receive your Personal Data in a structured, commonly-used and machine-readable format and transmit it to another controller.
  • The right to object to the processing of your Personal Data (for example, for direct marketing purposes).
  • The right to withdraw your consent at any time (where processing is based on consent).

To exercise your rights, please contact us using the details in Section 14. We may ask you to verify your identity before processing requests. We will handle such requests without undue delay and in accordance with applicable law.
